Senior Mortages

Square Mile originates floating rate whole loans for high quality sponsors capitalizing stabilized and value add properties. We invest throughout the U.S. across all major property types at LTVs up to 80%.

Mezzanine Loans

Square Mile is a recognized investor in and originator of junior debt in conjunction with both institutional and balance sheet lenders and CMBS. Square Mile seeks mezzanine investments with maturities that typically range from 3 to 10 years. In originating or acquiring mezzanine loans, Square Mile focuses on all major property types at LTVs up to 85% and structures both fixed and floating rate investments.
